Terms of use

OFICIA is a service of [LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME] (tax ID [LEGAL_TAX_ID]) for businesses and professionals. It is not meant for consumers.

It gives you virtual employees: artificial intelligence programs that prepare work for your business. For example, payment reminders, replies to customers, reports or quotes.

Today they prepare the work, but they don’t send anything or change anything in your programs. Someone on your team reviews it and decides what to do with it.

We also offer assessments, audits, tailored projects and training. Each one comes with its own quote, which adds to these terms.

We process your company’s data on its behalf, as a processor. The data processing agreement is part of these terms.

How we handle your company’s data

You need an account to use the app. The details you give when you create it must be true.

Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Your company’s admin decides whom to invite and what each person can do.

If you see a sign-in you don’t recognise, change your password, sign out of your other sessions and let us know.

There are three plans: Employee (1 role), Team (3 roles) and Department (all 7 virtual employees). If you need something tailored, we will send you a quote.

Each plan includes a monthly amount of use, and the app shows how much you have used. If it runs out, you can wait for the next month or move to a bigger plan.

Prices are on the plans page and don’t include VAT.

To subscribe to a plan, write to us. We send you the invoice every month or every year, as we agree.

If we change our prices, we will tell you before they apply.

You can try OFICIA for free, with no card.

The trial includes one virtual employee and a smaller monthly amount of use. You pay nothing until you choose a plan.

If you delete your account and create another, the trial doesn’t start over that month.

What a virtual employee prepares is a draft, and it may contain mistakes.

Before using it, sending it or deciding anything with it, someone on your team must review it. This review is mandatory.

Don’t use OFICIA to decide about people with AI alone, such as hiring someone, dismissing them or granting them credit.

How we use AI

You may not use OFICIA to:

• Do anything unlawful, or help someone else do it.
• Deceive people, for example by pretending to be someone else.
• Send advertising nobody asked for.
• Process other people’s data without a legal basis to do so.
• Get into areas you have no access to, overload the service or copy the software.

If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend their account. We will warn them first, except in serious or urgent cases.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by writing to us at [LEGAL_EMAIL]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Before deleting your account, you can download your data from the settings.

Tailored services last as long as their quote says.

We provide the service with professional care. Even so, we can’t guarantee it will always run without interruption.

We are not responsible for what is done with an AI draft that nobody reviewed.

Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the event that causes it, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s registered address.

If we change these terms, we will tell you first. We keep a record of the version you accepted when you created your account.
